Bi Bim Bap's recipe!

Let's go to make the Bi Bim Bap!


Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

100 of bean sprouts


1 cucumber or carrot

50g of mushroom

100g of squash

60g lettuce

80g of radish shreds

1 egg

Seasonings - to taste

Salted sesame powder

Hot pepper paste

Sesame seeds

Sesame oil

Oil

Soy sauce

Minced garlic

Pear juice

Salted shrimps

Black pepper


Start~~~
1. Boil the rice.

2.Soak mushrooms and cut them and put the meat, dressing for 1 hour and fry it in oil

* Meat dressing - Soy sauce (10 tablespoons), sugar (2tablespoons), minced garlic (1tablespoon), pear juice (2tablespoons).

3. Wash the bean sprouts and shake off the water and season them with salt (1/2 tablespoon), sesame oil (4teaspoons) and a littlebit the salted sesame powder

4. Soak the squash in salted water for a little while cut the squash, pour the water and saute the squash in a pan with oil

5. Prepare the radish shreds same way before the saute in a pan and season them with powdered red pepper (2tablespoons), sugar (1 tablespoon)

6. After washing the lettuce cleanly with flowing water, cut it well with a knife

7. Wash the cucumber it carrot with water peel it and cut it to chopstick size

8. Cut the beef thinly and oil and season to with meat dressing marinate the beef for 30 minutes

9. Fry the sgg in a little oil

10. Serve the rice in a big dish

11. Arrange the other prepared ingredients on the cooked rice. Put the fried egg in top of the beef with hot papper paste, sesame oil and seaweed

(Beef and egg are ceter with sauce, cooked vegetables are diside, put the cooked rice-cooked vegetables-beef-egg-sauce and seaweed)

12. Mix all the ingredients well with chopsticks

13. Eat it! with a spoon, enjoy~
