Valentine Day in Korea.

Valentine Day is very romantic and happy. Also Korea's Valentine Day is romantic and haapy too.

But I think that Korean coulpe more romantic.

Valentine Day that women confess to men. But, sometime Korea is not,

On the contrary, Korean men are looking forward Valentine Day. That reson that men are confess

their lover and men buy the many presents for lovers.

For example, Korean men buy the bag, couple rings and write the letters.

So that, many men are wish that their's lover shold be touched of thier's events and presents.

But this events are not esay, becuase women don't want to the stalencess events, they want to the

New Event always. When do the events, maay men worry about new events.

Let's know the intersr fact for you!

Thsi fact is many Korean men use events substitute machinery. Do you understand?

I know that this fact is not simple.

Bi Bim Bap's recipe!

Let's go to make the Bi Bim Bap!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

100 of bean sprouts

1 cucumber or carrot

50g of mushroom

100g of squash

60g lettuce

80g of radish shreds

1 egg

Seasonings - to taste

Salted sesame powder

Hot pepper paste

Sesame seeds

Sesame oil

Oil

Soy sauce

Minced garlic

Pear juice

Salted shrimps

Black pepper

Start~~~
1. Boil the rice.

2.Soak mushrooms and cut them and put the meat, dressing for 1 hour and fry it in oil

* Meat dressing - Soy sauce (10 tablespoons), sugar (2tablespoons), minced garlic (1tablespoon), pear juice (2tablespoons).

3. Wash the bean sprouts and shake off the water and season them with salt (1/2 tablespoon), sesame oil (4teaspoons) and a littlebit the salted sesame powder

4. Soak the squash in salted water for a little while cut the squash, pour the water and saute the squash in a pan with oil

5. Prepare the radish shreds same way before the saute in a pan and season them with powdered red pepper (2tablespoons), sugar (1 tablespoon)

6. After washing the lettuce cleanly with flowing water, cut it well with a knife

7. Wash the cucumber it carrot with water peel it and cut it to chopstick size

8. Cut the beef thinly and oil and season to with meat dressing marinate the beef for 30 minutes

9. Fry the sgg in a little oil

10. Serve the rice in a big dish

11. Arrange the other prepared ingredients on the cooked rice. Put the fried egg in top of the beef with hot papper paste, sesame oil and seaweed

(Beef and egg are ceter with sauce, cooked vegetables are diside, put the cooked rice-cooked vegetables-beef-egg-sauce and seaweed)

12. Mix all the ingredients well with chopsticks

13. Eat it! with a spoon, enjoy~

Bi Bim Bap

Do you remember the Bi Bim Bap's explain by me?

This dish comes in a large dish and is composed mainly of rice in the middle, vegetables on the side and an egg, often raw, on top.
The egg and condiments (hot pepper paste roasted sesame oil) are stirred into the rice.
The result is a quick, filling and tasty dish. It is popular for lunch or dinner
and Bi Bim Bap popular of Korean's airlinefood. At least if you fly Korean Air or Asiana it is because Bi Bim Bap shows that Korean's harmonious spirit.
One alternative way to serve it, especially in winter, is in a heated, ceramic bowl, which keeps it warm and lets the rice on the bottom get crunchy.
My best favorite food is Bi Bim Bap. Also Bi Bim Bap is easy to make because long time ago Korean was make the Bi Bim Bap, also they was poor, then they needed the one dish food.

Many foreigners like the Bi Bim Bap. But they don't like too hot. So that red pepper paste is put separately.

Party of Korea.(Korean's an alumni association.)

Korea have similar homecomig, that is alumni association.

Homecoming that a social event that takes place every year at a HIGH SCHOOL, college or

university for people who used to be students there.

Korean homecoming party is full p fun because many ex-students come to party.
They enojoy to party and talk to their life, worklife.

Also Korean homecoming party is not difficult because ex-students gather normal times.

So that they don't wear dresses, but when is BIG-PARTY, they wear formal dresses.

and Korean people certain are not go to the party, for example Korean ex-students go to

the mountain and thier's schools.

They are promise that "We are over and over meet grow the older men."

Christmas in Korea.

Christmas cultures not different between Korea and America. Because, Christmas is the whole world holiday.
But Korean don't decorate house like Amerian people's house. That is Korean people decorate only indoor, but American people decorate even outdoor, like gorgeous.
Most Korean people decorate a christmas tree.

Sometimes, it snows at christmas, at that time mamy people bet out of the house from thier house.

Hangul (Korean alphabet)

Hangul has various meanings. First, Hangul was make from Korean king of Sejong.

Sejong was love to nations. But they were not read a Chinese characters.(At the time Korea used a Chinese character). So that king of Sejong decided to make the new language.
Second, Hangul is represent to Korea. Then Hangul is very famous. Hangul become known to world.
Then world people are concernd abour Hangul and learn to it.
So that Korea develop to Hangul. For example Hanbok(fasion), mobile phone and building graft to Hangul. Finally Hangul is very scientic, national.
